Very affordable and really clean rooms with an included breakfast. Good location, easy access to transportation. the staff members were pleasant and helpful.

No major complaints, but the location was a bit out of the way from the main attractions and nightlife areas. However, it was still manageable with public transportation.

Stay was comfurtable. Rooms are O.K. However, with no resorant functioning for lunch/dinner it is not convenient for business travellers.

There was no kettle provided in the room with provisions for bed tea.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Berlin. the location was perfect as it was in a quiet area of Charlottenburg, but still close to all the attractions. Secondly, the prices were very affordable, especially considering the basic amenities provided in the rooms. Lastly, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. Kudos to the hotel for paying attention to detail, like providing an extra pillow upon request. this hotel provided excellent value for money.

Free Wifi, good location, polite and responsive staff. the bus station is near the hotel. 10 min. walk to U-Bahn. Yes, by the way, staff can talked by russian. The breakfast wasn't so bad, although choice of dishes could be better. Excellent hotel for this price.

Clean, modern. Towels were changed after one day of use (we stayed only for 2 nights). We booked an extra bed for our son and were at first charged 50 euro (25 per night), but when the hotel staff saw (in the additional information field) that the third person was only five years old, they recalculated the price and we did not pay anything for the extra bed (which was a short folding-bed, in fact, but quite comfy). We also parked for free in front of the hotel. Breakfasts were great, very delicious and the breakfast ladies were very friendly and helpful.

The room was too small. No heated towel rail in the bathroom. When we first entered, it was unacceptably cold! We didn't even want to take our upper clothes off! We set the conditioner to the highest, but it didn't get any better and after about half an hour we noticed that the air it was blowing was icy cold! We told the receptionist but he looked unwilling to help and said that it was normal and that we should wait longer! And that we shouldn't expect a temperature warmer that 22 C in winter (it was definitely lower than that). Finally he switched on something on his remote control and then the AC started to blow warm air. Still we were not quite satisfied with the AC as at times it got very loud which didn't help to have good sleep.

I stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the amenities provided. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The location in the quiet area of Charlottenburg was perfect, with its proximity to the opera and several attractions. Additionally, the staff were attentive and provided excellent service.

I had a very small room with tiny table. Room was clear, but I felt strange smell. Air conditioner/heater does not seem to work correctly. Location does not look friendly also.

Comfortable bed and breakfast buffet

The location was excellent, with plenty of Asian restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a large terrace. The staff, particularly Natalia, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and the neighborhood felt safe and clean.

For 9 euros, I was expecting more variety for breakfast. In the future, I would not get the breakfast in the hotel for that much.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the quiet area of Charlottenburg. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop and is very near the opera. I especially enjoyed the view of the garden from my room, it was so peaceful. The basic amenities provided were satisfactory and overall, it was good value for money.
